Any time I ordered Uber Eats and the food arrived cold, I had to get dressed and go all the way to the lobby just to warm it up — not ideal when you’re trying to relax for a day. The makeshift store in the lobby also felt poorly put together and not very useful. With some upgrades and better amenities, this could be a much more comfortable stay."
