"We stayed 6 nights at the Roxon. The hotel is located right across the street from an amazing sandy Mediterranean beach. The lobby was well lit, clean and spacious and staffed by friendly greeters at the desk who were knowledgable with the area and gave us good advice throughout our stay. Location is right on the popular Bat Yam tayelet with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The room was a standard queen with a partial sea view. AC worked great for the high heat in Israel. "Stayed over a week, the room i had was superb! Clean with lots of storage and a large balcony. Room was very comfortable and clean. The staff in reception were very helpful and knowledgeable with every need or question. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, it is located in an high urban area, close to attractions yet it has that beautiful spa resort zen feel. "

"This hotel is a complete scam. We arrived to check in, the code they sent us to enter the hotel was FAKE. We were told our room key was in a box, later we find out that that box had been broken for months! The phone numbers given to us were all out of order or fake. We got tossed around from person to person telling us none of them are the property managers. "We had a great stay in such a unique and fun room! We were so thankful for the early check in after arriving in Tel Aviv! And our hosts were eager to point us in the right direction for where to tour at Old City Jaffa and Carmel Market! Such a fun city!! The bed was also comfortable and the shower nice and hot!
