"Excellent stay, location, staff, room..Everything was perfect!!"

"Great place for a couple of days in Matera. Really friendly staff, the breakfast was good for being Italian breakfast and my room was clean and had an lovely bed. If i ever go back to Matera I'll chose Il Carrboro again. "

"The place was very convenient. My family and I kept the main door open for about 15 minutes to let fresh air into the house, since there are no windows. There is a ventilation system, but the house carries a particular scent, perhaps typical of this type of construction. The location is very safe. The host was attentive and supportive throughout the process. We left the city tax in cash on the table. I also recommend that tourists download the parking app EasyPark. This makes it easier to...

"Chambre jolie et bien équipée Petit déjeuner excellent. "

"In general it’s ok. The location is good. I was a bit surprised to pay 10 euros for “late check-in” at 5 pm, as free check-in is only at 1-3 pm. "

"The manager Dominica is very helpful and professional. The location is great."

"I really liked that there was everything you could need to be comfortable. You can tell there is someone considerate behind the administration. There was abundant drinking water, teas and coffee, water boiler, cups, etc in the common area. In the bathroom, shower cap, soap, and other amenities, enough towels for all the guests (this is not always the case). The family room was great with two rooms and ac in each one. Wifi worked well and the owner is super nice. Breakfast was simple but...

"Very clean and the location is just a few minutes walk to restaurants and cafes. The owner is very nice and helpful. "

"Our stay in Matera was absolutely wonderful. The property was beautiful, full of character, and such a special place to experience the city. Giacomo made the stay even better. He was genuinely one of the sweetest and most welcoming people we met on our trip. He was kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We were honestly sad to leave and would stay here again without hesitation. A beautiful place with an even better host."
