Tenia una reservación desde meses antes y al momento de llegar me dieron una habitación que no era la que había reservado, somos dos personas adultas de 70 y 65 anos y nos mandaron al ático teníamos que subir por una escalera tan pequeña que no te cabía ni un pie demasiada angosta para subir ,no tenia ventanas te sentías como si estuvieras en una prision,para colmo tenia el desayuno incluido y ni siquiera era en el hotel me mandaron como a un kilometro de subidas y bajadas y estaba cerrado ,al fin de esta recorrido me dieron un pan y un cafe.

This is definitely a case of false advertisement. The property claims to have a free self parking on site. When I paid for the reservation they sent me text message instructions explaining where I need to find a place to park and then walk from there to the property 10 to 20 minute on the hilly streets with my luggage. When I made the reservation the picture showed a decent size room with a nice view. In reality the room I was given was tiny with two little toy windows 10×10", no views, my "private" bathroom was across the hall from the door to my room. The last sickening detail was black mold on the walls. When I complained about all this I was given an option to take a room 20 miles away from the city I came to visit. I was too tired to go anywhere else and decided to stay for one night. When I came back from my dinner to rest I was greeted with another nasty surprise: apparently there is some kind of a bar behind the wall of my room and well past midnight they played excruciatingly loud music that was barely dampened by the walls.

A 5 minuti dall’accesso alla ZTL; circondato da ristoranti bar e altre attività commerciali; vista dalla camera Spighe mozzafiato sui Sassi. Camera pulitissima, nuova. Colazione buona.

B&B in location centrale. Camera con vista sui sassi pulitissima con tutti i comfort. Gentilezza della propietaria anche se non l'ho conosciuta perchè abbiamo avuto un pò di ritardo ma disponibilissima via telefono a darci tutte le indicazioni. Consigliato
