"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"Location caratteristica e tranquilla nel centro storico di Matino.Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza quadrupla purtroppo senza finestra utilizzabile appieno ed un po' umida. Nel complesso buona esperienza. Molto bella la terrazza ristorante."
