"This is a nice looking hotel just a 15min walk to the centre and 2 mins to the beach. But, a couple of things let it down, firstly when booking they dont tell you that the pool is €15 per person per hour!!!! We had an apartment which apparently does not "

"We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service."

"Hotel is lovely and the location perfect. Staff were exceptionally helpful with everything, including excellent restaurant recommendations. Easy walk to the old city, and parking in their lot a huge benefit. Highly recommend this hotel to get the most out of a visit to Gallipoli without having to navigate the old city streets with a car. "This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! "Unhappy with how some of the staff treated me after I had a necklace misplaced from my hotel room. They first blamed me for misplacing it, then said that the vacuum from the cleaners could’ve sucked it up. "

"Nice location, suites could have with more cupboard space and utensils to self good. The pool area was the highlight, fantastic pool and plenty of sunbeds."
