"Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence."

"We had such an amazing experience at this property. We were visiting for my birthday and the staff made me feel very special by giving us complimentary drinks. We got to stay in the most beautiful hotel room I have ever been in. We felt so blessed and lucky and truly in awe the whole time. The property is minutes away from the Duomo and many other sites.
