"Quiet, well kept, wonderful staff"

"An older property, but nicely maintained. Landscaping was attractive, a good mix of palms and tropical plants. Pool was very clean, and pool area had a goodix of chairs, Adirondacks, and loungers, with cute thatched roof tables. Rooms have been updated, bedding was firm but not overly so. All in all a nice property, worth the price, we would stay there again if in the area."

"The stench of smoke in our room was unbearable and the manager would not give us a different room unless we paid for it. She wanted ys to pay for two rooms. We left to find a better place to stay."

"Breakfast was great. Staff at breakfast were wonderful. The person who checked me in was so helpful. Was able to check in earlier after 19 hours driving. Housekeeping were great too. The only issue we had was, that the whole water system was clogged up. The sink with bathtub took forever to drain and same with the toilet."

"Magnuson Hotel Bradenton Review (Welcome to the Third World) I made and paid a reservation in advance for February 26, 2026 at the hotel. The clerk was sitting behind what looked like a bullet-proof glass window with all kinds of scotch tape ends still stuck to it. As I opened the door to room 123, I smelled the heavily perfumed room masking the smoking smell (supposed to be a non-smoking room) and turned on the light, the first resident roach informed me that the faucets on the sink don't work and there is no hot water. Furthermore, he said that there in no watchable programing on the tv and that the Internet access number provided didn't connect to any known network. The second resident roach pointed to the mirror and mentioned that someone had spray painted graffiti over it a while back. And I noticed that the bed had just a mattress over a wire frame and no box spring to support it. On a good note........the sheets were clean. Jonathan"

"Hotel is a bit dated, but it's clean and convenient. The A/C in my room was rattly so that was sort of annoying at night. Breakfast was good. I love the 24 hour complimentary coffee, tea, juice, and water. The pool was super cold but it was clean. The pool furniture is in sad shape though. "
