"Even though I am not handicapped, I was given a handicap room. It was next to the laundry, the carts stayed in front of the women with staff talking very loud. Worse of all was the doorbell to the office. I rings every time someone goes in or out. In the morning there was no rest with everyone getting breakfast and late afternoon as guests registered. Beautiful pool in the shade and not heated. I will not be staying on my next trip. "

"We had an amazing time at Zota Beach Resort. Food at the restaurants is 10/10. It is not necessary to leave the resort to find places to it. Amenities were in great conditions. Heated pool. Beautiful beach"

"The room reeked of smoke. Wore shower shoes in the shower as the tub looked dirty. Beetles in the bathtub as well. Pillows were very flat and offered no support. Tv randomly lost service in the middle of a movie and wouldn’t reconnect. A couple of the outlets didn’t work for charging. Carpet was also dirty."

"Old property, i had to change my room twice because if leakages. The staff was good and they cooperated but i dont think ill ever book holiday inn again."
