"Needs to be renovated. I had to ask the lady at the front desk if it was a motel or inn. The doors in the room had rust. The elevator was barely working.people was sleeping in the lobby chairs. I don't like it.!!"

It would have been more appropriate to receive a courtesy call as a reminder rather than an unexpected knock, especially from someone who didn’t even smile and didn’t say good morning. she looked upset that we were still in the room and not checking out right away."
