"This hotel was fantastic! Great location close to Disneyland. The service was amazing, we were very impressed with the restaurants, loved the hours how you could get plenty of options even later into the evening! "

"I have stayed here multiple times and always had a great experience. However, this time I booked the standard room with no upgrades she normally I have the one above standard. The regular standard rooms are not updated. The room was outdated and needed a lot of fixing up. Everything else was great. The pool is great. Staff is great. The shuttle is great. "

"The tropicana is literally my go to place for my disneyland trips, i tell everyone just how easy it is to walk to disney from the hotel. I've stayed here 4 times already and im about to book my next stay ."

"Food was ok"

"Check in was fast and easy. The staff was very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel is very boutique-like and it was modern and fun right when you walked in. The rooms were clean and updated. Basic but nice. The beds were comfortable. They also had a robot house keeper in Tower 1 if you needed more towels or toilet paper brought to your room. That was fun to watch"

"This hotel was not good in my opinion, ants on the countertops and tub, and the key to my door kept not working and they had to keep running up new keys so I can get into my hotel room. I saw a couple cockroaches and ants by the pool. And omg the “free breakfast” was not to my satisfaction lol. A small bag they give you. A water, orange and a croissant thing. There is a Denny’s right next-door that they have a voucher for two people per voucher. But even Denny’s was poor food. And it also sucks that you have to pay for parking but they were nice enough to let me stay in the parking lot for free. So I guess that was a win. "

"The room is as nice and clean. When I checked in the front guy apparently didn’t activate my card so after trying to find parking, which is nearly impossible to find near your room, I was upset to find my room key was not activated. Then I had to walk back to the front desk and the same same guy who checked me in asked for my ID to have my room key activated. I get this is a security thing but I was literally just up front with you checking me in and now you need my ID again. That was pretty much the only hiccup besides the horrible parking situation. If you have a SUV good luck. But again the room itself was nice. Also we were near a club or some restaurant that had the music pretty high so if I was a light sleeper it would have bothered me. "
