"Overall such a lovely stay! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was clean and comfy. The fire pit by the river was so relaxing. The only recommendation I might have is keeping a few rentable dvd/bluray players guests could check out if they want to stop by blockbuster. But that's just an idea. :-). "

"They were amazing and very accommodating. They made sure we had shuttle service to and from the hotel even though we forgot to reserve it in advance. They also made us to go bags for breakfast even though we were leaving prior to breakfast time. Jae was awesome! "

"After a long hike at Smith rock, we were looking forward to the hot tub. Because our luck is great, the hot tub was out of service. There was really old food on top of the refrigerator. When we pulled out the couch bed, there were crumbs in the mattress. We went to the lobby for bedding for the pullout bed, but the fitted sheet was a twin instead of a full.The whole family was exhausted and fell asleep early. I was awake, listening to the lobby music all night as I could hear it from our room. I could also hear the elevator door screech open and closed. This was also the first hotel that we have stayed at that did not have an allergen menu for their breakfast.
