"Great location. Quiet and beautiful gardens. It was lovely to see the stars at night and listen to the waves when falling asleep. Bowls club and Oasis right next door were very convenient as well. A great stay!"

"I had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Inn Cleveland. The service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. The staff members were rude and not helpful at all, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. There was no proper guidance, and it was very difficult to even find my room. The room itself was not up to standard. It had an unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in, and the beds were not clean, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, there were hardly any amenities provided, making the stay even more inconvenient. Overall, this place does not meet basic expectations for comfort or service. I would not recommend staying here."

"Great location, good size townhouse for family stays. Parking options are good and reasonably close to room. Check in not the best experience - no one available upon check in time - office closed, keys not left out so no access to room - called the manager a bunch of times with no answer. Received a message back about an hour later, stating that a groundsmen would get the keys and leave them out…. Unprofessional management, but a great stay none the less"

"We enjoyed a relaxing, peaceful and comfortable stay at Mt Cotton Retreat. Sue was a pleasure to deal with and kind enough to offer us a complimentary upgrade to a superior room in the Boutique Hotel. The forest surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor areas where we could chill out and/or eat our meals. A comfortable bed, large bathroom and mid cons in our room made for a great stay. Thank you!"
