"This particular property has been bought out by a management company that according to the staff has made a lot of changes. For instance, they are imposing a $70 deposit that is refundable as well as a $2 fee fee that the lady couldn’t tell me what it was for it was something that the new company has started. Once I finally got to my room, it was poorly maintained. The furniture was scrappy at best. I will provide pictures. There was a strong smell of bleach. The beds were poorly made the sheet...
