"All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu is average though. We didn’t have time to use the free facilities like spa etc as the hotel is conveniently located in a safe neighbourhood. We are always out exploring. Many nice restaurants close by and walkable to some landmarks like Recoleta Cementry and shopping districts. Highly recommend this hotel for value minded travellers."

"This is an exceptional hotel, I highly recommend the Recoleta Grand and would book again if I was to come back to BA! It’s in a great spot which is super easy to use as a base for exploring the city. The room/amenities were fresh and luxurious, we asked for a later check out which was accommodated without issue. Breakfast was impressive with great variety and inclusions. The service here is particularly wonderful. The staff every morning at breakfast were super attentive and pleasant. A particular shout-out to Hugo who made an awesome first impression when we arrived and gave us such a friendly and warm welcome to the hotel and our room, helping with our bags and all sorts of questions. Last and not least, we found this to be awesome value for money. The hotel is new and it seems that they will open more eating and drinking venues in the building imminently which will make it even better. Highly recommend."
