"The hotel lobby, reception and dining area was good. It's a big hotel and conveniently located. The room where I stayed was spacious. However there are a few issues which if resolved can really improve the rating. The bathroom needs renovation. Not a major one but it needs a good upgrade. The linen needs to be completely replaced with new ones. Then ones provided were dirty or seemed dirty. I got the pillows replaced. The replacement ones weren't too clean either. Someone really needs to look at...

Stayed here with my wife after travelling from the UK and had an excellent experience. The room was immaculate and very modern, housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay, and room service was fast and available 24/7.
