We had a wonderful time at this location. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Food was great. Just on snag at the breakfast was the indifference of the supporting staff. Getting regular tea bags became such a big problem. One minor issue was the bathroom door lock. You could not lock it ...

The water was not getting hot, after that the water was not coming at all . . . .no heat in the room.... Simply I'd ask Expedia to give me money back . .
