"The hotel lobby, reception and dining area was good. It's a big hotel and conveniently located. The room where I stayed was spacious. However there are a few issues which if resolved can really improve the rating. The bathroom needs renovation. Not a major one but it needs a good upgrade. The linen needs to be completely replaced with new ones. Then ones provided were dirty or seemed dirty. I got the pillows replaced. The replacement ones weren't too clean either. Someone really needs to look at...

"This property is in ruins. Online pictures are more than 20 years old. There were blood spots on sheets and pillows. Tiles were broken entirely in the bathroom, with Roaches running around. The toilet was nasty and was probably not cleaned in years. The hallway had trash (banana peels, empty snack bags) laying on the ground that had turned black. I left the property within a few minutes, and the person at reception said that he would not refund my money since I was checked in. It was a...

"Nobody knows what’s going on full of excuses. Not dealing with tthe issues blame each other. Apparently there’s only one iron for entire hotel. absolutely unbelievable"
