"There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. "Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end.
After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning.
It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.

" It was high light off our trip to Bulgaria to stay in this hotel . Front desk friendly staff , Valentin our concierge and parking attendant , went well beyond for us to feel comfortable and safe to show us a parking place . And later in the evening , he drove us on hotel electric car and explained directions to local famous sights . Friendly restaurant personal always attended our questions , food was great and affordable . Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, including very useful beach bag ! Beach umbrellas and sun beds were included . Black Sea was magnificent ! We stayed there for a 3 days, hopefully next time it will be much longer !!! Thank you guys !!!"
