"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Italia. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and we had what we needed in our room. The pool was great and clean, and felt very private which was nice. We can definitely recommend this cozy hotel when going to Nessebar. "

"Wir waren bis auf die Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Leider haben wir das Appartement nicht gereinigt übergeben bekommen, einige Sachen waren kaputt oder fehlten. Nach einer Beschwerde über diese Dinge, kam man uns leider auch nicht entgegen und die Mängel wurden nicht behoben. Die Putzfrau brachte uns lediglich in unserem 3wöchigen Aufenthalt 2x neue Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, geputzt wurde jedoch nicht! "Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end.
After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning.
It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.

"Huoneet vastasi hinta-laatusuhdetta.Rauhallinen alue ja paljon ihmisiä yöpyi alueella.Kirjautuminen huoneistoon oli vasta iltapäivällä ja jouduimme odottamaan useamman tunnin ulkosalla kun lentomme oli kohteessa aamuyöllä.Sängyt olivat epäsiistejä ja ällötti nukkua niissä.Henkilökunta oli todella palvelualtista..pisteet niile!!"
"The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving.
The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments."

" It was high light off our trip to Bulgaria to stay in this hotel . Front desk friendly staff , Valentin our concierge and parking attendant , went well beyond for us to feel comfortable and safe to show us a parking place . And later in the evening , he drove us on hotel electric car and explained directions to local famous sights . Friendly restaurant personal always attended our questions , food was great and affordable . Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, including very useful beach bag ! Beach umbrellas and sun beds were included . Black Sea was magnificent ! We stayed there for a 3 days, hopefully next time it will be much longer !!! Thank you guys !!!"
"Location of the hotel is perfect 👌rooms are clean and very good size, the views from the balcony were stunning.
The staff need some customer service training: on arrival at reception welcoming wasn't great a bit like shop transaction there is your room card and made sure we need to pay for the parking ( when we were booking parking was included is not, you have to pay 15lev per day); the worse was the breakfast staff - for 5 days i didn't get good morning ones. Everything was running out, cutlery, cup, water glasse and they just couldn't bother to top up and when you ask they get angry and thaf is 9am, breakfast is open till10am. At 9.30 they swithing off hot light in the hot buffet and no more topping up, technically they should be saying breakfast is serve until 9.30, because after they staff is cleaning everything. The food options were good though ( if you manage to get some) and everything was tasty."
"The hotel was overall nice. The thing is that it is on a very loud location, on the street. For sure it is not a 4 star hotel, I would give it less. The parking is not available for all guests, you can’t even reserve a space before arriving so we were supposed to pay on the Nesebar parking for our car for 7 days. The food was mid, as the staff and cleanliness. The all inclusive was good because you have food available all of the time, but the quality was low. We were staying for 7 days, and believe me when I say that eating the same breakfast every morning is not healthy nor good. The rooms were ok, my daughter was sleeping on a couch bed which wasn’t very satisfying. I paid for a room of 3 and thought that she will have her own bed but she was sleeping on a couch that could open. I have to mention that the pool cleanliness was awful and I mean it when I say that it wasn’t cleaned for days at least during our 7 day stay. There were coffees that were free because we were paying for all inclusive but not having a cold frappe or any cold coffee during the summer for free when I am paying is hideous. "
