"Hotel serves complimentary popcorn in the lobby. Carpeted walkway to our room was littered with popcorn on the day we checked in and the day we checked out. Not sure if it was ever cleaned. Room was clean and spacious."

"Very rustic and perfect for my mountain stay. I left the windows open to listen to the stream at night. I hated to leave. I travel frequently and this place was the best experience I’ve had even compared to 400 bux a night motels in the city. The staff were all extremely nice… and it was located in a perfect place for sightseeing!!!!"

"The happy hour was a nice surprise with such great food. Breakfast was awesome . We liked the location, especially next to Outback restaurant . My only complaint is when I really needed to talk to the front desk , I was put on hold and never took the call. I was having trouble with my reservation as it was made at the wrong Holiday inn out in the country. Due to her not taking the call , I used a website that overcharged me . Two nights 1400.00 . She acknowledge and blew it off that she never picked up. I am now fighting that cost . I talked to the front desk to other staff about this issue. If she had of helped me on the phone , I would not be fighting this third party issue. I thought I was on a holiday inn sight , it was late and we needed a place to stay and we are of retirement age . I felt dismissed . The company I thought I was working with was using your name with a few differences . I can send more info ."
