"The threshold between the bathroom floor and the carpet for the room has staples coming up and they stabbed my bare foot. Hurt awful. The door peephole was about to fall out of the door it was completely unsecured. We just pushed it back into place. Next time we need a hotel we definitely will pick a different location not bc of the hotel itself just the nearby neighborhood is trashy. We only went here bc we went to a family gathering and needed a place to stay overnight vs driving home. Well now we know."

"Really liked the property and enjoyed our stay there. The views from the balcony and room were just amazing and breathtaking. The amenities were good and enjoyed them and even had a bear sighting when we were strolling. Property is well kept and the unit makes you feel like home. The communication from the property management team was incredibly smooth and responsive. We had a great stay and we’ll recommend to our friends."

"A unique & wonderful experience of staying in a glass cabin high in the mountains! Private hot tub & fire table! Very nice cabin, limited kitchen but enough to make simple meals. Very clean & host/staff helpful & friendly. Just be aware if you go in October (to see the beautiful leaves changing), the Asian lady beetles may swarm you outside in the sun! Thousands of them- we couldn’t use the deck for most of the day. Otherwise, highly recommend this !"

"A nice quiet getaway. We witnessed a beautiful proposal at the gazebo. Our first choice of cabin had to be changed due to some cleanliness issue. It was taken care of quickly and we were able to get into another cabin."
