The room are clean and spacious! Breakfast spread are great as well. The staffs are courteous. I love how tranquil the hotel is.

The room was not clean, there was no curtain, the shower broke after every use & the basic amenities in the room were lacking. I wouldn’t stay here again

They provided an infant bed that was spacious enough for our 2-year-old, which was very helpful. The view from our room overlooking the lake and mountains was absolutely stunning. Clean room, spacious apartment, good location. The only reasons did not give 5 stars are. The arrival emails was not clear and there were no mats at all. Coming up downstairs nor into the apartment.
