Excellent property and brilliant value for money. Just a 2 minute walk from the train station with plenty of transport options to the main tourist sites

Train was delayed six hours. Arrived at midnight. Friendly welcome. Couldn't be more helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Food available though it's a bit of a mystery where and when. Just ask. Rooftop terrace has a nice view of the Fort and the railway station. Train noise will be an issue for some. It's a 24 hour operation.

This place is lovely! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooftop cafe is a real gem. The location is great and all of this comes at a very affordable price. I wish the wifi were better and the toilet/washing facilities were improved - those are my only complaints.

Everything is superb in adorable price

If you have the chance and the budget to stay here you absolutely should - the building is astonishing in scale and intricacy. You can't get a full feel for it just by visiting for dinner or to the museum. Service is excellent, there were a few issues in the restaurant like bringing the wrong drinks etc but all minor and swiftly resolved.

We LOVED our stay at RAAS Jodhpur and couldn't speak highly enough of the wonderful hospitality, the beautiful hotel, great ecofriendly touches and fantastic food. Oh and then there's the view. Stunning! We WILL be back.

We were absolutely amazed by the loveliness at the Ajit Bhawan. We were welcomed with a cold drink and a cold flannel for our hands and face. We were shown to our room which exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, spotless and superb. The outside patio was amazing. The staff were simply first class. The pool area was the best we have seen whilst in India. The food was delicious with plenty of choice. We only wish we had spent longer here and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for...

Good location, excellent food, good amenities and good courtesy

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel . I would recommend staying in one of the regal suites if you can. They are HUGE , beautifully furnished and overlook the lake . The grounds of this hotel are stunning . Unfortunately the restaurant and bar in the main building are only open when that part of the complex is full so we ate out in the garden which was still lovely. Very warm welcome from friendly, helpful owner. Beautifully restored heritage property. The room was most attractively furnished with period fixtures and fittings. A/C unit was modern, quiet and effective. The WiFi was reliable but not particularly fast. Buffet breakfast included in room rate was fine, though the selection could have been better. The property and the staff are great.

Staying with Chhotaram and his family was a phenomenal experience. We were able to cook, play, eat, dress, and laugh in such an authentic setting. You truly are welcomed and treated as part of the family. While we were only able to stay for a single night, it was the most fulfilling experience we could have imagined - a village safari, desert sunset, amazing food and company. For anyone looking for an unforgettable time in India, this should be your first choice!
