Hotel Villa Malpensa
Good location, friendly staff. Specially tall, grey hair and mid aged receptionist for night time, i forgot to take his name. He is a gem. Incredible service by him.

First Hotel Malpensa
Clean, comfortable room. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was decent which is nice considering there isn't much else around. They also have a little snack bar open 24/7.

The location is excellent. The host is very available and quickly answered questions. We had an issue with the hot water and she helped us resolve it within minutes. Comfortable clean practical room. Easy to get anywhere in Lugano. The laundry room requires a bit of negotiation with others during busy times. Bring your own laundry soap and basket - for travelers this means a trip to the grocery store.
