"Very pleasant stay overall. The room was large and quiet, with a window overlooking the garden, which made the atmosphere particularly relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was new, modern, and spacious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent. "This was an excellent hotel. Highly recommend staying here. Location was excellent. The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful. Absolutely delicious breakfast buffet. The room and bathroom were v spacious by European standards. Our shower was great! Only suggestion would be to have more closet and drawer space for clothes but overall this was an excellent hotel. "

"I had a very frustrating experience staying here. While the property itself is beautiful and conveniently located near the airport, the service across multiple touchpoints felt dismissive and, at times, outright rude. At the end of my stay, I was called just two minutes before my shuttle departure and it left without me, which was extremely stressful and poorly handled. There were also unexpected additional fees buried in the fine print that were never clearly explained at check-in. When I raised this, the concierge was passive-aggressive and insisted this lack of transparency was “industry standard,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Dining was similarly disappointing—the restaurant staff made it seem like they were doing me a favour by taking my order, and overall I felt unwelcome. The pool is nice, but the Wi-Fi was poor, and the service issues ultimately outweighed the positives. I would not stay here again."
