I stayed in a Tower Premium Suite and the size of the room really exceeded my expectations. The separate washer and dryer in the kitchen area was fantastic, along with the tide detergent and bounce dryer sheets provided by the hotel. The daily housekeeping was excellent. The coffee shop in the lobby was also superb for breakfast or a mid-day snack, and the restaurant staff in the evening were very friendly and incredibly attentive. I could not have been more impressed by this hotel, the value for money was excellent.

This was the second time I have stayed and it was the first time that friends use the Hotel was well ( 3 rooms) I was shocked to see someone cleaning the art work out side by the front door. I guess it shows the attention to detail and over all cleaniness. The room was Great event a awseome breakfast with differant chioces on day 2. Had cocktails at the lobby service was also awesome. Waitng for my next time back

It was an absolutely wonderful experience all the way through, the staff was attentive and genuine. There was warmth and real hospitality, welcomed with some sparkling wine. We were able to enjoy treatments at Stillwater Spa, and fabulous drinks at the Writer’s Room Bar at sunset and had a wonderful dinner at Joni’s , the in room meal were lovely. The design and comfort for the rooms was very tasteful along with the overall aesthetic of the hotel full of art and texture. The most amazing part was the staff from the front desk, to concierge to the staff opening the doors or servicing the room it was really exceptional, thank you for making it unforgettable
