We liked the location and feel of the property. Staff behavior and food

We only stayed 3 nights and could happily have stayed longer. Sadly when we arrived my son had picked up a bug prior to arriving. Twice the staff asked if we needed a doctor (we had brought own meds) and when I went out they popped in to check my son was ok and made him tea. The room we had was spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. We had a small balcony with an attractive outlook over the pine forest and a Himalaya view. Just the place to sit quietly with a cup of tea and relax. The room...

It was a pleasant and memorable stay experience at Bel-La Monde Hotel Riverside. Located on NH309 Appx 11.5km from Ramnagar Station. Property is clean, rooms are Cozy. They have Lovely Cottages as well. Some rooms are at Bank of River. One of best and unique that they have dedicated Villa having 5-8rooms with private Swimming Pool. I wish I could stay here. I had a great stay at Namah Nainital. They made our first anniversary very special by giving complementary treats. Staff was very good, they have pick and drop services to Mall road. The location of hotel is also prime, giving beautiful view of Nainital.

This property is a true hidden gem. We were pleasantly surprised by its beauty and the surrounding scenery. The amenities are excellent, including the food and the pool, and there is plenty of space to explore nature. Additionally, the valet parking is commendable, and the staff is amazing.

Superb place best pool great staff

Great location, courteous staff very hospitable. Food is also very good a mixture of Indian and continental. We stayed at the Cliff House cottage which is very tastefully done and has 2 bed rooms on split level and living room on lover level. 2 areas where the hotel can get better is one to have more signages as one approaches the hotel. I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at.

Excellent visit

The look of the property is brilliant and so is its staff and service. Check in was pretty smooth. Rooms are really spacious. In terms of the location, the property is higher up and slightly secluded from other hotels and resorts.

Very nice location... Right beside the river.... Even a natural waterfall was there with very less crowd... Good is excellent... And the resort is quite large.. approach is little tough as the last 1 km road is good only for SUV owners... Overall highly recommended by me
