I had a great stay at Namah Nainital. They made our first anniversary very special by giving complementary treats. Staff was very good, they have pick and drop services to Mall road. The location of hotel is also prime, giving beautiful view of Nainital.

This property is a true hidden gem. We were pleasantly surprised by its beauty and the surrounding scenery. The amenities are excellent, including the food and the pool, and there is plenty of space to explore nature. Additionally, the valet parking is commendable, and the staff is amazing.

It was a pleasant and memorable stay experience at Bel-La Monde Hotel Riverside. Located on NH309 Appx 11.5km from Ramnagar Station. Property is clean, rooms are Cozy. They have Lovely Cottages as well. Some rooms are at Bank of River. One of best and unique that they have dedicated Villa having 5-8rooms with private Swimming Pool. I wish I could stay here. The look of the property is brilliant and so is its staff and service. Check in was pretty smooth. Rooms are really spacious. In terms of the location, the property is higher up and slightly secluded from other hotels and resorts.

Excellent visit

We only stayed 3 nights and could happily have stayed longer. Sadly when we arrived my son had picked up a bug prior to arriving. Twice the staff asked if we needed a doctor (we had brought own meds) and when I went out they popped in to check my son was ok and made him tea. The room we had was spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. We had a small balcony with an attractive outlook over the pine forest and a Himalaya view. Property is well kept & clean, staff is very courteous and always helpful, nice preparation of food. Overall a great experience.

Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal.

It was really a nice experience specially with family. Kids enjoyed a lot the option of lots of playing activities within the premises. Large space to move within the premises. Good food. Supportive staff. Only issue is approach road to the hotel.
