"The staff are very professional"

"Arrived and this was water leakage on the floor in room. Told front desk and they said to get towels and clean it up. Asked for a new room (same as what was booked, double queen) and they said only a king is left. Very disappointing. "

"The staff (front desk) was attentive and polite. Check-in was quick. To be fair I feel like I got my money's worth. However, the room looked like it had been recently redone but the bath room was old, dated, and was probably clean although it didn't look that way. The shower enclosure wall was peeling and the toilet seat was broken. The lobby looked fine and breakfast was typical."

"The front desk staff was amazing, the room was nice and clean. The hot tub was a perfect end to our day. The gym was clean. All in all, 10/10!"

"Horrible, room heater made extremely loud noise. Bathroom not too clean and room very outdated."

"1 light in the room is broke, 1 outlet is broke, fridge is not cold, ice machine only produce limited ice, our room wasn’t ready at check in time, pool was close, lots of pit holes in the parking lot. Bad image for Double Tree standard! Very, very disappointed."

"This was just OK for us. WiFi isn’t great, we had to ask 3x for a remote, no microwave, no ice on our floor. Nothing crazy but inconvinent for sure. Would probably pick somewhere else next stay. "
