Me contaron que el.desayuno estuvo delicioso y variado, su ubicacion esta muy conveniente si quieren disfrutar del Centro de Cuenca puedes llegar caminando unos minutos Me encanto haberles reservado este hotel. "The place was very nice great area .Close to park and places to eat. The staff was great the breakfast was served individually by a very nice young man the front desk workers were great.The only thing I would suggest up grading tv and tv mount plus more hooks to hang things in bathroom and inside room.One more things shelves in bathroom for towels and or toiletries,Would recommend to anyone going to Cuenca"

"I can't say enough about the Casa Montalvo team and how pleasant the place is. Just a beautiful small hotel that feels very comfortable and homey. Everyone is so sweet and attentive, and the breakfasts are gourmet. Wilmer is an amazing chef and manager. They go the extra mile to ensure guests have all they need to have a great stay in Cuenca. Great location too."

"The staff is very friendly and the lighting and bedding are great, with plenty of blankets provided. However, the breakfast is just average. A major downside is the shower design, which causes the entire bathroom floor to get wet—this definitely needs to be fixed. Also, we could have used more towels during our stay."
