"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few issues. When we arrived, the floors in the room didn’t appear to be swept or mopped. I mentioned it to the staff and they said they would take care of it, but it didn’t end up getting addressed during our stay. The room was also pretty small and felt a bit tight, especially with luggage. We also had some trouble with the room key not working and had to get it reset multiple times, which was a little inconvenient. The staff was polite, but these things made the stay less comfortable than we expected, and unfortunately we wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Property is in need of maintenance and refurbishment - grounds, building, elevator. Pool was nice and clean but new lounge chairs would be good, and upgraded towels. It appeared there were long term tenants - and the incredible pile of garbage (all neatly bagged and stacked) at the elevator/walkway was a bit overwhelming . Great airport service, kind staff, looks like everyone is trying and wanting to improve."

"1. Tv remote control didn’t work. 2. Tub was clogged. 3. Lamp didn’t work by room, we had to use light by table so room was dark. 4. We call front desk and house keeping for 2 hours for clean towels they never answer so it made us 3 hrs late for our trip. 5. They would take thrash out of room while we were gone but never leave towels we would have to go and ask at front desk. 6. Out of the 5 elevators only 3 work so it would take a while to use them"
