"We booked this new hotel based on the great tripadviser ratings. But it turned out you can’t believe them. They have only two rooms which are complete, including fridge. Our first room had an issue with the front door (it was not possible to open the door), after complaining we got moved. The second room had no hot water (we came back at night), after complaining we got moved. The third room had no fridge, so they bring it from room one. "Great location. Friendly staff. Outside area opened up to the pool which was nice but also open air to the front desk area which was quite loud with conversations. Discovered mold in the shower which made us both quite sick. Was glad to check out. "
