"The bathroom was poorly cleaned, with visible mold and mildew on the shower curtain, suggesting infrequent cleaning. It was evident that a thorough deep cleaning is required to meet hygiene standards. I had higher expectations for this hotel given its reputation. The room service was unresponsive when I called. I visited the bar to order takeout. I was pleased to find that the food served at the restaurant was of good quality and rich in flavor. "

"The room wasn't very clean, there was hair in the tub, the bed didn't have a flat sheet, but 2 blankets which was fine but it was stained in several places which I wasn't sure if it was clean or not. There was lots of dust in the corners, no hangers in the closest to hang clothes once ironed and once they checked us in on tje 3rd floor the elevator went out the next morning so we had to pack all the luggage down 3 flights. The breakfast area is very small only room for 1 person at a time and the orange juice taste as if it was mixed half and galf with water to make it stretch. "

"The hotel reaks of pot. The third floor where I was located was unbearable. After I experienced it the first time, I literally held my breath from the time I got off of the elevator until I got to my door. I explained it to the desk clerk and she said she would notify maintenance. It should the DEA that is notified. I’ll. NEVER. Go. Back. Here. Again. "

"Friendly open environment that welcomes groups of people and their families. Nice breakfast buffet and evening snacks. Dated decore but in good working condition. "

"We stayed one night and everything was wonderful! We live in the area and often go to the restaurant, Midnight Shift for drinks or dinner and sit outside in the courtyard area. However, all of the rooms face the courtyard, and noise stays in the courtyard. We had some people enjoying the courtyard loudly after usually quiet hours of 10 pm. The enclosed space keeps the noise amplified and if you are a light sleeper you will hear everything! Things finally quieted by midnight or so. But we enjoyed everything!"
