"Lovely property, very spacious double bedroom with jacuzzi bath. The bath filters needed cleaning as left some residue in the bath when turned on and the blind on the door was broken, but it was shut so that wasn’t terrible and neither detracted from our stay. Loved the room. Very clean and spacious. No smart tv so couldn’t watch Netflix or Disney. The only thing that lets the place down is the breakfast. My husband didn’t like his salmon and scrambled eggs on toast- said the toast wasn’t great...

"Could be a 3 star with a little more attention. Toilet roll sheets only suit nursery children - far too small. Bar manager could not tell which wines were "aged", simply reading the label does not necessarily guarantee ensure that the absence of such information means that it is not "aged"- staff should have knowledge of the goods on sale."

"It was a lovely stay. We stayed for three nights and it was a lovely room. Didn’t hear the pub downstairs at all. Down the road is a dominos and a lovely Indian next door i reccomend it was great! We have breakfast served in the morning but something went wrong w the kitchen but it was still a lovely breakfast. "

"A friend and I went to Frome for a wedding, and staying at the Archangel was perfect. It was close to the wedding, shopping and Frome itself was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful, the venue had a wonderful series of quiet rooms, eating areas and our room was wonderful. The steel and brass fittings and stone work were beautiful. My one piece of feedback would be for our room; it had narrow steps up to the room which I think would not work for anyone who had disabilities. If the room does...

Every member of staff we met was cheerful and friendly and service in restaurant and bar very efficient. Breakfast with choice days and there is a buffet at the weekend. "We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay...
