"Lovely modern, clean and d contemporary hotel. We had a great spacious family apartment which was very comfortable with a decent size balcony, The pool was fantastic, and has an in incredible view over the bay. The complementary breakfast was also great, with lots of choice in a fantastic setting. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the access to the hotel - which is though a rabbit warren of narrow, potholed steep roads - which made leaving the hotel a real stress. "Excellent location. Kotor old town 15 minutes walk. Property is modern and clean. Communication was good and host very friendly. Parking space was available to us. Only negative was the smell coming from toilet drain. There was plumbing issues but smell was constant. I don't know if this was a property issue or a locality issue. If we didn't have this issue, I would have rated the property 5*. Can not blame the host as we did not raise the issue with her as we didn't have time."

"The place was very clean and comfortable. Dragan, the property owner was very helpful with anything we needed. The only difficulty was the narrow parking space that was assigned to us. It was hard to get into, especially with standard (non-automatic) transmission. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as it is only a short walking distance from the entrance to the Kotor old town. "

"Palma Apartments is located on scenic route 3, a short 10 minute walk into Old Town Kotor, its City Walls and ramparts. A very nice promenade along the Bay of Kotor is nearby. "Had a wonderful stay at Apartments Olive! My unit had a dedicated parking lot which was a lifesaver given the parking situation in Dobrota. Our hosts were really kind and warm and facilitated the check in and check out process smoothly. They even recommended activities and food places, I can’t thank them enough. So much more space, parking, no thin walls or connecting doors you can hear neighbours through, they even provide pods for doing laundry if so inclined.
