"The room itself is very clean and enough space for 2 persons. The hotel area also quiet and safe, plus you have 24/7 staff at the front desk so you have nothing to worry. Just one improvement I would suggest is the air conditioning is not really strong and you will feel very hot a lot of time (even in February). Not sure if this is under review and already been addressed. But the rest are fairly meet to the value for money. "

Children age below 12 years old were allowed in the Jacuzzi. No email address to communicate with the property directly. "Gorgeous hotel, so pretty & stylish. Breakfast was tasty & the free coffee/drinks in the reception was great. I would highly recommend this place, so close to the Jewish quarter and a quick walk to Wawel castle and old town. "
