Exceptionally clean hotel with courteous staff

Amazing stay!

Very comfortable bed enough pillows, extra blankets in the cupboard, small sitting room and big bedroom. Very nice staff and extremely helpful. Near by tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and plenty of fruit juices available by street vendors. Breakfast was between 9:00 to 11:00 and it nice but not self-service you will have to request tea or coffee.

Just got back from here. We got a 2 room apartment across from the main building. It had a fully equipped kitchen (that we didn't use) too. The staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment was quiet, quaint and quirky and suited us fine but don't expect the same type of rooms as new build 4 star. Think this was built in 1815 and the apartment reflects this in style. Breakfast was basic but good. Generally we felt very safe in Rabat, the street vendors didn't harass us and the people were...

It was one of the biggest resorts I've ever stayed in. From the smell of the rooms, to the state of the art relaxation pool tech, sauna, showers, amenities... the staff service and attentiveness was second to none, some one even ran to the resteraunts on the property to get us menus so we could decide before walking there. Honestly, one of the most looked after holidays i have had. 15/10 would recommend to any and everyone!

I stayed here on my own (pension-age woman) and was delighted by the care shown by the host, the friendliness and the service. nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent. The breakfast and dining room has lovely views across the city and the roof garden is nicely set up for sunbathing and relaxing. It's just inside the Medina so easy to walk out to the sea and the city walls or along to the market. I was very taken with Rabat generally-everyone was friendly and helpful. I thought the...

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped to make our stay in Rabat most agreeable. The hotel is set in the old Medina, very close to most historical sites. But despite the business of the nearby streets the hotel is very peaceful. A great place to stay when visiting Rabat !

Great place. Will surely go back again

The hotel was not only beautiful but very clean and comfortable, the staff cannot do enough for you in helpfulness. Hassan the weekend caretaker, personally travelled with me to go to a Carrfoure supermarket as arriving the previous evening at the airport I was ripped of not once, but FOUR times by Rabat taxi drivers who drove me around and around the city before passing me on to the next taxi, this was repeated FOUR times despite me giving them the riad phone number and they speaking to the...

The property is very clean and has all the basic requirements in a the apartment barring a iron. There breakfast is limited to a range of 4 to 5 options with no option of any fresh fruits or cereal available at all. Which was a bit of a bummer. Very good staff on the whole barring one lady at breakfast who wouldn't give tea in a kettle like previous staff and we had to pay for extra cup of tea.
