"The front desk guy Mac or Max was extremely accommodating. He gave us a great experience after having to check out from Sugarland Wyndham for unsanitary and unhealthy conditions due to exposure to black mold. This gentleman truly was a blessing to us & he didn’t even know it. The hotel was in excellent shape & we Love the shower gel. He even presented us with a playpen for my grandson and I wasn’t even aware Marriott had them. My daughter went to warm our food downstairs and he mentioned to my daughter he will bring one up to our room. He made it to the room before they can even arrive back to the room. Amazing Representation Of The Marriott Corporation. Great Experience & Wonderful Stay"

"Big room and Really Clean, all staff friendly and helpful. Everyday cleaning the room and change all the towel whatever we use. Have a good breakfast. I will recommend to my family and friend."

"First, I will start out by saying that I had read a ton of reviews before booking here. There was a lot of other places but I needed something close to Little Saigon. This one had the least regarding bugs and smell and odor. Now it could be just the timing or my specific stay. In spite of everything I've read, I had a very nice stay here. Pretty much had no issues whatsoever. Staff: so staff was very nice and professional. Like I said maybe it was on the day of my stay but I didn't get any negative interactions. Elevator: so people have talked about how there's only one working. Which is still the case but I didn't find any problems with that. There's also this "bad" smell everyone keeps mentioning. It's not that bad. Honestly if no one had mentioned it I wouldn't have noticed. Hallway: now the hallway could use some deep cleaning, regarding the carpet, but I'm not here for the hallway. I'm here to stay in my room. Rooms: these are by far some of the biggest rooms I've stayed for a standard double queen bed. Like it was nice. It had a kitchen, living room, and the rooms were long. Everything I think anyone could need for a hotel stay. Thin walls: so I did see some mentioning they could hear other rooms. Which is true but it wasn't that bad. I'm a light sleeper so I thought it would be a problem but not at all. There was one room close by having a party. But it wasn't any issue. Not enough to complain to the front desk. In all, would definitely recommend here."
