The check in process went well. You have to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave the hotel which we found odd. Everything you enter you have to give your room number and receive your key again. The hotel is about a 13 min walk from the metro station, which is convenient. My husband found women’s hair rolled into a ball in his clean towel (this was not mine). There is no safe, which is a must when traveling (passports and extra cash). We were supplied with one bottle of water in the room when we checked in. I assumed they would replenish it daily but they did not.

Overall the property was excellent including location, condition and the amenities. However, one thing that was lacking was a warmth from the staff especially from the front staff. They were no way mean or nasty. It just seemed sterile and generic compared to its competitors who were more on the personal level. I would think hotel in this level, this item should be the foremost. May be it was one off thing, least I hope.

It isa beautiful hotel. Breakfast was a litle busy and spread out too much but it was still tasty and people working there where nice and fast.

"I needed a place near the train station for one night of good sleep. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very quiet so I got what I came for. However, I arrived after hours and the front door was locked so I had to wait for some other guests to arrive. It was self-check-in which was not ..."
