"The location and the beauty of the hotel is fantastic. The lines for the bar and restaurant were terrible and not well organized. They page you and expect you to stand in line with the people making an initial reservation again before they take you in to wait in an inside lounge while they find your table that they paged you was ready. "Hotel check in is sort of late - 5pm, but they will store your bags for you while you go out and explore. Concierge/bell man Chad was super friendly and helpful. Location is great for exploring Old Quebec - only a 12 minute walk to Chateau Frontenac. The room service menu is good and very reasonably priced. Cheaper than eating in the area restaurants. We ordered from there several times and it arrived hot and delicious. We shared wings, pizza, a wrap, onion rings and fried pickles during our 4 day stay. Eggs Benedict for breakfast too. There is a nice coffee machine in the room - coffee is pretty good. Pool and hot tub are nice and clean. Pool towels are skimpy and sad - definitely could use an upgrade there. All in all great service and comfy room. Would stay here again."
