The hotel is very clean and cozy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is fine because there is a Metro station 5 mins walk so you can easily get to the city centre in 30 mins. The breakfast does not have too many choices, but you do not die starving. It is amazing for the price. We loved the pastries. Comfy beds, clean, lovely garden so you can relax and enjoy a drink. And the most important, lovely people. Thank you everyone! We will definitely return on our next visit to Rome.

Rough area

Booked my wife and her mum to go as presumed was close as said 4km max to all. However we didn't know was via train and a rough area. Not one to stay if you want to walk around and be out at night. Booked 4 days moved them say one to a central hotel and they loved it. So not one for all this place. Still waiting for a refund

Dear Thank you for your review. We would like to inform you that in our sites there is written that we are near by the metro. In 30 minutes you're direct to the centre. We don't find it a good reason for a refund if you don't read correctly the information about the hotel. Usually when you book an hotel you should see where it is, and then decide if it's ok for you to take the metro to go to the centre or to book an hotel directly in the centre (for a different price obvliously). If in Expedia is not written about the metro, you should say this to expedia, not us! Regards U.G. Staff

frustrated don’t go there

The area the hotel is located in is very far from the city center and I didn’t feel safe there at all especially in the evening, The breakfast was TERRIBLE, no variety food was cold and tasteless The reception took my passport as a deposit to take a 3 pin to 2 pin converter to charge my phone. The room has no windows The room was dirty and when we asked them to clean the didn’t even change the sheets or clean the floor, they only re-made the bed!! The sheets were dirty! i wonder if they were the same sheets belonging to the former visitors! Overall experience is terrible and nothing as described

Dear thank you for your review. It's unusual to read this comment reguarding our breakfast, that all the people loves. We have all the options possible (salt and sweet food, food for vegans vegetarian and celiacs, eggs, bacon, sausages, biscuits, cereals, salad and other vegetables) so we don't understand this comment. The Passport was kept at the reception as a guarantee. If you wanted a room with the window you could have tell it to the reception, we are open 24h for this requests and we could have change your room if needed. We really don't understand this comment. Clean, roomy. Gated property a short walk away from the metro. Liked that it was air conditioned.

Most staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms were cleaned everyday when we left the hotel. The location is close to Rebibbia metro station so it was convenient to access the trains without the expensive cost of a hotel more central to Rome. The hotel was located on a main road, so if any window was opened you could hear the loud traffic all night (and even with window closed it was loud). Wasn’t any windows in the room apart from one above the door which was small, but air conditioning was in the room. Was raining most of the week but I believe the terrace would have been nice to relax on sunny days. Overall pleasant experience, thank you!

The rooms don’t have windows and don't have air. They look like tunnel.

Nice hotel.

Clean room. A bit small by American standards, but not uncomfortably so. Clerk working over night very friendly and helpful. Order pizza for us, gave correct directions. Day clerk not so friendly, but businesslike. Close to the underground station. Only issue was AC not working correctly. Wasn't too hot out, so an open window was fine.
