When we addressed our concerns with the restaurant manager he was belligerent and rude. He over talked us, instead of hearing us out. It was an overall bad experience."

"I just slept there for the night, didn't have time for breakfast, but bed was comfortable enough and noise level wasn't bad and they gave me plastic silverware when I forgot to grab some at the take out place. Would stay again."

"Great front desk staff. Outstanding customer service. Half the parking lot was closed, so I was forced to park in the garage, which was a very long walk to the lobby, especially with luggage. The room was clean but virtually no amenitiesI I ate in the restaurant, and the servers were very nice, but the service was very slow. I left in the morning and there was no one at the front desk to check me out. I’ve stayed at this hotel for many many years in all of its different forms and it is still an excellent hotel just not as good as it used to be."
