Quang Húc Trip

As this was the last night of our Vietnam trip, the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff truly touched us - especially Hannah, Flora, and Bling. From a smooth check-in to clean and comfortable rooms, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which made our stay even more special. Considering the price, it was exceptional value for money. The thoughtful token gift at check-out was a lovely gesture and a perfect way to end our trip on a heartfelt note.

We had such an amazing stay here and cannot recommend this hotel enough. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The property was incredibly clean, not just in the rooms but throughout the entire hotel. You could tell they take real pride in maintaining the space. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and with a great attitude. They made us feel taken care of the entire time. The location was also perfect. It made getting around so easy and convenient, with everything we needed close by. It truly added to the overall experience. On our last morning, we weren’t able to book a Grab to the airport and started to get a little stressed. The staff immediately stepped in and arranged transportation for us without any hassle. They handled everything smoothly and reassured us so we didn’t have to worry at all. That level of care really meant a lot. Clean, attentive, perfectly located, and supported by an incredible team. They are the best, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We are a family from Ireland and have recently stayed at the Royal Palace hotel. This hotel is a gem. The location is exceptional right on the lake and close to shops and restaurants. We had an executive family room which was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and very well organised. The highlight of this hotel is the staff. A special mention has to be for Miss Mimi and Miss Celina who went out of their way to be of assistance. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we will definitely return.
