"Booked a 2 days/1 night cruise with Orchid Classic. Above all a big shout out to the staff. They do go a long way to give you the best experience. In particular, Hoa was looking after us and she has delivered a fantastic service. The boat is a little tired but very comfy and has all the required amenities including a jacuzzi and some kayaks. "Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"
