"The room was spotless, - the staff did an excellent job with the cleaning, and the breakfast was really enjoyable. The front desk staff were excellent - very welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay."

"The property was old and musty with bad lighting and dated fixtures. The front desk staff was not rude or mean, but she had an AirPod in and seemed uninterested and unhappy. She did not greet us at check-in and was not friendly or hospitable, but she was efficient. The property has dirty and smelly entrances (stairwells), and our room and bathroom had bugs in them. The sheets seemed washed, but we found a hair strand on the bed. The kitchen and bathroom are in really bad shape with cabinets missing and paint chipping. The popcorn ceiling everywhere was concerning given the historical health problems that come from these types of ceilings and construction (e.g., asbestos)."

"The hotel offered breakfast but we didn't eat in. Parking was great and safe. The facility is clean and neat but dated and really needs to be updated including the bathrooms—no make-up or shaving mirrors. We really enjoyed the suite extras with the sink and fridge in the rooms. The staff was friendly and courteous but there is no protection from outsiders coming into the facility. There were times no one was at the front desk leaving it open for anyone to potentially walk in, roam the premises or cause harm. We wanted to swim but some nights we came back to the hotel too late in the evenings…the pool is located outside of the 2 story facility in a separate indoor area (back yard). It appeared to be okay but we didn’t use it. Also, there is a small work out room."

"Everything was good at check in/out staff was very attentive. As soon as I walked into my room I could smell a weird smell of dog pee and it was very humid in there. Even when turning up the AC it remained persistent. There was something sticky on the bathroom door knob. GROSS and bathroom counters were also dirty."
