"I don't know about pets. Amazing area. Very well thought out setup. Perfect for single traveler or couple. I liked it better than the Shangri la to be honest. It's definitely on the cozier side but very well thought out and clean. Free included breakfast had good 混沌汤 or other Chinese breakfast of choice and their espresso was better than other hotels out Starbucks. Automatic curtains and switches on both sides of the bed. Very good body wash, shampoo and toothbrushes. The auto toilet I'm a bit torn: I'm not crazy how it opens every time I go in the bathroom, but I love the heated seat and foot switch. Did I mention this place was clean?? I couldn't find any dust in any nook. They gave me very clear directions, a sweet map, complimentary drinks and snacks and even offered an umbrella when it rained. More hotels need to take notes from this one. They managed to take a small area in a nice 老街 community and really max it out. Will definitely be visiting again. "
