Our pickup shuttle was delayed but the hotel made up for the delay by giving us a late checkout and breakfast. It is the second time we stayed and we will stay again.

Good stay, convenient located at central with most thing walking distance, special shout out to front desk staff Wayne for being so helpful, if we ever return to KK will definitely stay here

Fantastic stay. Incredible value, very helpful and responsive host who let me leave my bags after I’d checked out, and an elegant bedroom & bathroom. Even a massage chair! Would totally recommend.

The shower was amazing. The staff were very helpful when we arrived at 1:30 am after 20 hours of travelling.

Spotlessly clean, communications with property excellent, booked a private room which was comfortable and a good size for two of us. Shared space is open and airy, filtered water available. Plenty of showers/toilets/washing space. 24-hour launderette just across the street. Plenty of local places to eat (and shop!). Excellent

Staff were very accommodating. Hotel situated close to the centre and not far from airport - was excellent location. We really enjoyed staffing at this hotel.

Enjoyable stay and a great budget property choice. Staff were all helpful, Wi-Fi good, rooms, although snug, more than adequate for sleeping and showering. The one thing that let the property down was the lack of options at breakfast. Everyday a different breakfast meal was given but you had no idea what it would be and didn’t have another option to choose if it wasn’t to your liking. That said, the quality of the food was good. Would happily stay at the property again if looking for somewhere...

We had very good days at this hotel! The food, room and staff were well above average for Malaysia and SE Asia. We would be happy to return for future visits and we plan to do that.

This is the second time I've stayed here, once in 2008 and now in 2016, both times I've left thinking what a special place this is, first of all there's the incredible view of Dinawan and several other islands including in the distance Manatuk and Gaya islands of the local marine park, then there's the friendly staff who genuinely seem happy to see you and the family history that is woven into the place, oh and an awesome pool to boot, oh and amazingly friendly cats, the list goes on.
