"Lost our key partying about in Bocas town, came back to the hotel at 3am and the owner (great guy) let us back in!! Our savior and the accommodations (AC in particular) were very nice. Would 100% stay here again."

If you’re going to have a virtual check-in process, people should be armed with all of the information necessary to enter the room when they arrive at or after 3 o’clock. The people attending this process are slow to respond. "
