"Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged. The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not. "Great hotel. My room was actually at the Lula property next door. It was a great deal for a jungle room across the street. Nice room with great details. I used La Zebra amenities. The food was pretty good but expensive. Comfortable covered lounges on the beach. I would stay again. "
